IT'S HARD TO BE HUMAN...AND SOMETIMES EVEN HARDER ASKING FOR HELP

I help smart, independent self-starters who dare to do the work to face their struggles so they can show up in work, love, and life with less overwhelm and more confidence.

Does this sound like you?

You like to figure things out on your own—and when you ask for help, you’re cautious about who you invite in.

When you struggle, especially with recurring struggles, you’re often really hard on yourself—which perpetuates protecting yourself through numbing and protecting in ways that lead you away from what matters most and feeling even more stuck. (trapped in that cycle, I suck/I’m not enough, protect myself) “I should have figured this out by now”

You’re an overachiever who is successful from the outside—but on the inside you’re worried you’ll be “found out” for not being the person others think you are and that people will stop trusting and respecting you.

You’re driven and you’ve accomplished so much both personally and professionally—but it’s taken its toll on your health, relationships, and maybe even your family.

IF YOU'RE HERE, I BET THE FOLLOWING THINGS ARE (PROBABLY) TRUE ABOUT YOU:

Talking about the things that are hard to name can change the world—one person at a time.

When you stop shaming the fact that you’re struggling and you can’t fix it on your own—you start to reclaim your power again. Because when you bring light, love, and power to those hidden things—you fuel confidence, courage, and clarity. I offer Telehealth services in the state of California.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Rebecca Ching LMFT, a 17-year+ psychotherapist with all kinds of nerdy specializations (Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist? Yes, please. Certified Daring Way Facilitator + Consultant? You betcha. Certified EMDR Therapist? You know it. Certified Eating Disorder Specialist + Supervisor? Check. )

There’s not much you could say that would shock me. I’ve heard a LOT over the course of my career and life. I value compassion and curiosity over judgment - because being human is messy and complicated. Your whole story is welcome, truly. Your story, no matter what it holds, is important and deserves to be witnessed, respected, and healed.

I celebrate your courage to share the dark and painful things because that’s how the healing starts—when you name the things that are hard to name.

And then I help you develop practices to unburden the things that have been holding you back.
