Rachel - Potentia

I am dedicated to helping you find restoration and healing when challenges and struggles show up in your life. Sometimes it may become too difficult to navigate life’s hardships alone, and I find it a privilege to support you through your healing process towards a happier and healthier life. I will meet you where you are in your own unique situation with respect and compassion.

I have experience working with couples, individuals, and families struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, marital/relationship issues, premarital, body image issues, women’s issues, sexual abuse, substance abuse, co-dependency, quarter/half life crisis, and life skills.  I also have research-based knowledge of postpartum depression. Additionally, I come from a military background and understand the unique struggles that couples and families face in this culture. I have extensive experience integrating faith with sound clinical therapeutic approaches when clients desire and believe treating the whole person: mind, body and soul. I look forward to hearing from and working with you.

When I am not in the office you will usually find me spending time with my sweet fiancé, taking our dog on walks or to the beach and making memories with my family. I am an avid crossfitter and love the challenge and reward of hard work and consistency. I love adventuring outdoors, sharing conversations with friends over coffee, finding a book I cannot put down, working on my blog, singing, and playing guitar.
